We are sad if our products do not meet your expectations, and we do not want to further your dissatisfaction. If you require a refund, please head over to our contact form and fill out your Name, Email and include *Refund* and your order no. in your subject title. Also, please kindly include a message to us describing why the product is not to your standards. Help us improve!

To get back your refunds though, please note the following criteria:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you’ve received your order, delivery times from CrateMill to you are not included within this time
  • Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfill your request
  • Wearable items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) – if the returns item fails this test, we will be unable to refund you
  • We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons – no exceptions
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
  • If you’ve asked for an item which is more expensive than your return, the item will be refunded and you’ll need to place a new order online
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet
  • Any items bought in conjunction with a offer (e.g. 2 phone cases for $XX.XX) can only be returned to exchange for a like-for-like item, unless all items in included in the offer are returned
  • All exchanges are sent out on a standard service, standard delivery times apply
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until CrateMill has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse

To achieve this, we at CrateMill try our best to know what you want to know when browsing our products and have those information readily available, be it in pictures, videos or text.

We’ll ensure that your orders will arrive at your shipping address. If your packages are lost in transit, we’ll inform you and another package will be sent to your stated shipping address, free of charge.

When your order reaches you in unsuable condition, or in the wrong size / style / color, we’ll offer you a full refund, or we’ll ship another free of charge. However, we’ll request that you sent to us a clear photograph of the received goods with it’s packaging and shipping label / sticker. We’ll also need your order number (which you will receive in the email provided upon successful payment) to process the refund or  shipment.

If anything happens to your order after you have made a successful payment for the correct product / size / style, it will be our responsibility to make things right for you. 🙂

As a Customer of CrateMill, we kindly ask you to take note of the following:

  • Enter the correct shipping address
  • Ensure you are ordering what you want, look through what you have added to your cart before checking out
  • Ensure you have added to cart the correct color / style that you want

Entering the correct shipping address is very important, as once payment is made, the shipping address you provided will be sent straight to the warehouse for processing. If you have provided the wrong shipping address and the goods are already on the way via shipping couriers, we have to request that you make a new purchase.

Before payment, please also check that what you have in your shopping cart before checkout is what you wanted. The items…their sizes…the color…or any other options available when provided.

If you change your mind after your order has been shipped, we kindly request that you make a new purchase.

Please understand, once you have made payment to your cart, your order is processed as soon as possible and shipment processing begins almost immediately.

Thus, please contact us as soon as possible before we ship out your order. If your order is shipped, we are unable to accept any changes.

NOTE: To customers who provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us. Thank you.

So yes, if you seen our free promotion, it is free! However, we’ll have to ask that you pay for the shipping charges to enjoy any advertised free promotions. The shipping charges will be made clear on the promotion / product page.

And no, we are not a scam 🙂 To be safe, we have heard people being scammed by criminals who copy our website right down to the design and word. To protect our customers, we use encrypted HTTPS internet communications to secure your payment information. All prices are shown in USD, and will be billed in USD. If you are not based in the United States, the local currency may be shown depending on your location. However when checking out, the bill will still be in USD.

We can also directly accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via our HTTPS secured payment gateway.

When you place an order with us, your item(s) may be shipped from warehouses in Hong Kong, China, Singapore or South Korea. Thus we have different distribution routes to fulfill your order in the shortest shipping duration possible.

Thus, your items may come separately. So please don’t panic!

If you do not receive all of your items within 30 business days, drop us an email and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

When you have made a successful payment for your order, a confirmation email / receipt will be sent to your stated email address. The order number will be provided. Kindly give us 2-3 working days to process your order, especially if you order over the weekend!

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email to inform you. This usually occurs within 3 business days.

After that, we will update you again when your order has reached your country, or received at your nearest delivery sorting facility. If there is any problems, we’ll let you know first (via email) and will get down to it immediately to ensure your order reaches you in the shortest time possible.

Your orders are shipped from warehouses in Hong Kong, China, Singapore or South Korea, depending on what you have ordered.

We strive to process your order within the same business day, maximum 3 business days.

The duration of delivery will depend on the shipping method and destination. For example, if you are in the United States, expect up to 20-30 business days due to the location of our warehouses.

Also, delays may occur, due to holidays and/or unforeseen events such us typhoons or shipments getting stuck at customs. When these unforeseen events happen, you will be notified immediately.

On rare occasions, your shipment may be lost-in-transit. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and send another delivery to your stated shipping address, at no cost to you.
